Ordering & Payment How do I place an order?
Choose your favourite FreshLady lenses, select the correct power if needed, add them to your cart, and complete checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to help you update or cancel it.
Prescription & Lens Options Do you offer prescription and non-prescription lenses?
Some FreshLady lenses may be available in prescription powers and 0.00 non-prescription options. Please check the product page before ordering.
Prescription & Lens Options What does 0.00 power mean?
0.00 means the lenses do not have vision correction power. They are usually selected for cosmetic colour effect only.
Shipping & Delivery Where do you ship?
We currently ship to selected regions. Please check the available shipping options at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available for your shipping method.
Returns & Exchanges Can I return or exchange contact lenses?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used contact lenses usually cannot be returned. Please contact us if you received the wrong item or a damaged product.
Lens Care & Safety How should I store my lenses?
Always store lenses in fresh contact lens solution and a clean lens case. Do not use water to clean or store contact lenses.
Lens Care & Safety What should I do if my eyes feel uncomfortable?
Remove the lenses immediately. If redness, pain, irritation, or blurred vision continues, consult an eye care professional before wearing lenses again.
